« Chambre propre et confortable, bon matelas. Check in rapide. »

« Awesome place clean and comfortable »

« Perfect stay every single time. love this adorable inn. Can always expect clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to everything the beautiful town of Burnsville has to offer. »

« Hôtel neuf sans charme et complètement impersonnel. Hôtel satisfaisant pour faire une étape. Mal insonorisé. On entend la TV et la chasse d'eau des chambres voisines. Sèche cheveux avec air froid ! Petit déjeuner très copieux. Super brasero à l'extérieur. »

« There was an added bonus walking path thru the woods for dog owners and such. Maybe 1/4 mile in all, well designed and maintained for guests use. Restaurant was very good as was the lounge due to the fact there really isn't much at that end of Tunnel Rd since the hurricane damage. Everyone I came in contact with was welcoming and friendly. »

« Okay, it's nice enough for hiking and it's clean with a good view. Unfortunately, there is no blow dryer and the communication with the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a 3rd for room with my reservation, but the hotel owners said second floor would be better. Well, you can hear everything from the people above (stomping around and yelling). The area was hit hard from Helene...a lot lf trails still closed and not much for restaurant options in downtown Spruce Pine as they're still recovering. »

« Great place to stay »

« Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, great parking, pleasant staff, and a really nice breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Asheville area! »

« The hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Waffles and oatmeal always available. The daily hot choices were meh. They had cheese omelets 3 of 4 days we stayed. Saved us money by having breakfast instead of buying out. »

« This is an older hotel, nothing fancy as with most of this brand, but it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints. »
