« Hôtel sympa car présence du casino mais chambre vieillissante, propreté moyenne, service de chambre sur demande uniquement... Et lors de notre séjour, 3 jours avec un fin filet d'eau. Pratique pour la douche... Côté restauration, évitez les resto de l'hôtel aux tarifs prohibitifs et au service quelconque (le Gorson Ramsay n'a de GR que... les tarifs. Pour le reste...) Bref, si vous êtes joueur, l'économie réalisée sur la chambre vous permettra de flamber un peu plus :-) »

« The Staff was AMAZING! The young man at front, (sadly I did not get his name) and Owen the valet was super pleasant, high energy and treated us like we were friends. My ONLY complaint was the cleaning room woman who LIED to our face when we asked if she was going to clean our room. She said yes and when we came back later that day, it was not cleaned. Beyond that it was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back to Asheville and staying there again. »
