As you step inside the building, you'll notice the old-world charm mixed with modern amenities. In the suite, you'll admire the high ceilings, expansive windows, and the incredible sunshine that continuously pours through. This unit is warm, inviting, and spacious, it's perfection!

All our suites were made with comfort in mind. Perch 3 has a cozy living room with a twin pullout sofa, a perfect additional sleeping space. Open to the living room is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Both king bedrooms are huge, and sun filled include their own gas fireplaces, and 52” TVs. One room comes with an ensuite bath and private sitting area which is accessible to the large terrace that overlooks the courtyard and town. The second room furnishes a grand hallway leading into a cheerful bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are newly renovated with walk- showers, and granite counter tops. If you need some downtime to relax and reset from it all, this is a real gem!

Everything was perfect and very easy. The ONLY gripe I have was over-communication. Texts and e-mails. The location of this place is spectacular. The rooms and sitting areas/showers/bathrooms were spotless!!!! Thank you !!

We really enjoyed the property. It was very comfortable and a great location to be able to walk to the restaurants in the downtown area. The communication was good and the escape to blue ridge team was very helpful. We are coming back in July.

I picked this property based on the reviews. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we had to drive to Walmart to buy a mattress topper just to make it through the next night. The shower heads are barely functional with extremely low water pressure. The location was great, but it can get noisy from the restaurant downstairs. Overall, it is not worth the high price.

Such a beautiful place!!! The Escape to Blue Ridge staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time for my best friends birthday. The location was perfect for walking and exploring the Blue Ridge area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It is simply a gem.

GORGEOUS! This condo could not have been any more perfect! From the check in process, every detail of the condo, location, staff and check out process...perfection! A dream getaway for a group including ages 6-70+! Perfect location, gorgeous and spacious apartment, and an epic balcony perfect for people watching! Highly recommend renting Perch 2 and 3 for a large group
 elevator takes you to a landing shared by only these two units which share access to an enormous balcony!

The property seems very well maintained. Very stylish decor. We couldn’t find the hot tub? But the property management office was easy to contact and accommodated a 1 hour early check in which is always appreciated for traveling out of towners. Will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful property! It was a great location. The management company was friendly, helpful, and replied to requests quickly. I would definitely stay there again. There were only a couple of issues with the unit itself. There were a few dead wasps near the Juliet balcony in one of the bedrooms, which we swept out and saw no more. The other issue was that both ceiling fans in the bedrooms were on the same remote frequency. We had to coordinate the remotes because when we turned on one light, the other would turn off and vice versa. These were minor issues though worth mentioning.
