Guests will have access to both the main house and guest house, but will not be able to access nor park in the three car garage. Additionally, locked closets are reserved for hosting company and owners and shall not be accessed by guests at any time. Amenities on site are available but heating of the Jacuzzi is not functioning now.

Cohosts are not on site but are available upon request.

Home sits on 14 acres and is very private. The only neighbors are behind the carriage house. Excess noise, parties or overloud music will be reported by neighbors and will not be tolerated by hosts.

Home has parking for up to eight cars. All paved access and less than five minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge; while paved, there are a few steep portions of the road to access the cabin. All cars, whether 2WD or 4WD can access the property with ease.

House Rules & Policies:
➝ All fireplaces are wood-burning; firewood not provided (delivery service available with 1-week advance notice, paid separately)
➝ No events allowed (including weddings, elopements, or parties)
➝ Home is professionally cleaned and inspected; guests must report any damages upon check-in
➝ Rental agreement + valid ID required after booking
➝ Starter supplies provided (toiletries, paper goods, pods); additional items are guest responsibility
➝ Kitchens include cookware and utensils but no spices or specialty items
➝ Linens provided based on guest count
➝ No pets allowed
➝ No smoking permitted — $750 remediation fee applies
➝ Minimum stay: 3 nights (4 nights during select seasons) | Must be 25+ to book
➝ Hot tub heating available for an additional fee (varies by season; inquire for details)
➝ No early check-in or late check-out notice; $100 fee per 25 minutes applies
➝ Paved access with some steep sections; drive with care (4x4 not required)
➝ Hot tub heating available for $100 per day (must be requested in advance)

Need a little extra flexibility with your travel plans? We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out requests, subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

• Early Check In: Available starting from 2:00 PM at $50 per hour, subject to availability. Please reach out before making plans so we can confirm availability in advance.

• Late Check Out: Available until 12:00 Noon at $50 per hour, subject to availability and upcoming reservations.

To ensure we can properly prepare the home for every guest, all early check in and late check out requests must be approved by the host in advance. Thank you for understanding, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
