New Modern Cabin w/ 95FT Zipline & Hot Tub

A modern rustic cabin ideally located only 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, Ellijay & Aska.

Sneak Peak Lodge has 3 spacious floors of entertainment tailored for family fun featuring 3 patios, gameroom with dry bar, air hockey, shuffleboard, hot tub, fire pit, a ~95 ft ZIPLINE, & the benton mackaye trail in your backyard. Fully equipped with everything you'll need for a family friendly mountain getaway.

Sleeping arrangements at the lodge feature 3 enclosed bedrooms and 1 open bedroom/sleeping area loft comfortably sleeping a total of 11 in beds.

Bedroom 1: main level. King bed with standard textile linens. Deck access and en-suite bathroom. Walk in closet.

Bedroom 2: upstairs level. King bed. Sitting area with en-suite bathroom (hall access as well). Large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: lower level. One twin/twin bunk bed. One twin/full bunk bed. Hall bathroom. Closet.

Loft: upstairs level. Two single twin beds. Direct hall access to shared bathroom. Access to front deck.

Every enclosed bedroom has blackout roller shades if you like to sleep in on vacation! Like to wake up to the mountains, trees & wildlife? No problem, the roller shades roll all the way up offering unobstructed views into nature.

All bedrooms, living room, lower gameroom and hot tub are equipped with smart TVs with roku guest mode (bring your own log-in).

There are two gamerooms at the lodge. The loft gameroom has a card table seating 6 and a variety of board games, card games, and puzzles. The lower level gameroom features a dry bar, beverage refrigerator, air hockey, shuffleboard, bar table and lounge chairs. This gameroom is right off the lower patio making it a great indoor/outdoor gathering place. Travelling with littles? We have the perfect adventure play nook with nature books, cozy pillows and twinkling lights.

There is so much to do both inside and outside at Sneak Peak. The main level deck has 4 rockers and is the perfect morning coffee spot and best place to watch the family of deer that frequent our woods. The main deck also has a dining area seating 6. The lower deck is THE spot for afternoon lounging with two chairs + loveseat and a 5-6 seater hot tub. Just off the lower level deck is the fire pit area and the zipline. The zipline is around 95' long and carries riders around the firepit area and across the mountain. Zipline use requires guest to sign a waiver to receive the lock code.

The lodge is very private and situated on a little over an acre. The area near the firepit is gently sloping and allows for all sorts of exploring.

The kitchen is fully stocked (and I mean fully, we love to cook!) and all the linens are provided. There is a propane grill on the front porch and propane is provided. Starter set of hospitality products (TP, Paper Towels, dish and laundry pods, trash bags, etc) are provided but we recommend bringing some from home for longer visits. We do not provide firewood or firestarters!
