Guests have access to the entire home. The circular drive can accommodate approximately 4 vehicles.

---OTHER THINGS TO NOTE---
The hot tub is cleaned after each guest stay to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub may not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

House Rules
☞ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
☞ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this may be a vacation destination, the area is predominantly families and professionals. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
☞ Maximum occupancy of 6 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
☞ Pets are not allowed.
☞ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
☞ Use of the hot tub is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub.Please do not adjust hot tub temperature above 104 degrees for health reasons.
☞PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off.
☞ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extniguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.
