This renovated 1BR/1BA modern mountain studio is designed to provide a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. It combines the comfort of home with soothing color schemes and a touch of retro decor. Professionally designed & decorated by Nathan Fitts & Team, the building owner & host, known and accredited with some of the best `modern rustic` designs in the North Georgia Mountains. With ample natural light from surrounding windows, this suite is conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. It features an open floor plan with a spacious king-size bed, a living room area, wet bar/coffee bar and large bathroom. This studio has it`s on ductless heating and air conditioning system allowing you to set and control your comforts. Other amenities include large 60` LCD smart TV featuring all the cable and sports channels or allowing you to stream, USB/charging ports, alarm clock and the bar doubles as a wet bar and coffee bar featuring a retro mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker stocked with a variety of coffee flavors both regular and decaf, creamers and sweeteners, a hot plate for cooking, toaster oven, blender, mixer, basic cookware, silverware, glassware and dishes, martini glasses, wine glasses, Moscow mule mugs, a shaker set, wine opener & more...Complimentary WIFI is also offered on a secure network and an iron/ironing board and clothes steamer are provided for your use. Completely modernized bathroom features large walk in subway tile all glass shower with tiled floors. All linens are provided and complimentary guest amenities are provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, and make-up remover kits. A laundry facility for guests to share is also available across the hall should you need to laundry clothes or there is a laundry/dry cleaning pick up and drop off service you can set up. The location of The Penthouse Suites in downtown Blue Ridge is a very safe area, however, it is also secured by 24/7video surveillance cameras, secure keyless entry coded access to the building and to the individual suites. This location is prime, prime, prime real estate right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, in the middle of it all including the shops, restaurants/dining, attractions and points of interest. There is complimentary shuttle services that you will see circulating around town you`re welcome to use as well. Located inside the suite is a Guest Information Guide that includes general and specific information, instructions for operating systems within the studio, emergency exit instructions, as well as information on restaurants/dining, shopping and more including their location business hours and business information. Smoking is strictly prohibited in suite including cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes. The suites are located on the 2nd floor from ground retail level and there are some steps to The Penthouse Suites since they are situated on the top floor. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our small mountain town during normal business hours while the evenings will offer more chill and relaxed vibes. Explore one of our popular dining options, do some shopping or check out one of the specialty fudge, chocolate or sweet shops. A wonderful scenic city park is just two blocks away, with wide sidewalks perfect for outdoor strolls, walking pets, or children`s play areas. The location is also convenient for visiting other popular attractions such as Lake Blue Ridge, which is less than five minutes away, as well as the Toccoa River and Fightingtown Creek, trophy trout waters, less than ten minutes away. -Please enjoy yourself and have a great time! However, please do remember that voices echo especially in older buildings such as this. We’ve tried to go the extra mile by taking measures to eliminate sound traveling with insulation and acoustical panels, however, it’s still an old building and only so much is possible. Your neighbors will be courteous and respectful of you I promise, so please make sure and show them the same courtesy.
-No smoking is permitted inside the building.
-A first aid kit is located in the closet between the wet bar and bathroom.
-There is a fire extinguishers located in the closet between the wet bar and bathroom.
-None of the windows in the suite open. Unfortunately, due to insurance requirements and liability they have been permanently fixed closed so please do not try to open them.
-Keurig coffee maker in kitchen with a variety of blends of coffee, sweeteners and creamers. It is located in the canisters in the kitchenette and is labeled.
-Pets are not allowed unless prior granted permission from owner/host. Pet fee is required as stated in advertisements.
-Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
-No persons shall be doing anything on the premises of the subject property that is illegal or against the law.

We spent the weekend at this property in downtown Blue Ridge and had an amazing time. The property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, and the location could not have been any better! Nathan was an excellent host as he communicated prior to and during the trip and made the entire weekend a pleasure. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Blue Ridge!

Place was beautiful. Owner sent our room info to another couple and they walked in on us. Owner said that had never happened before. Ask for a new door code and he didn't know how to change it but would come by and try. Never heard back from him. Messaged again. No answer. Next day called and messaged again. Finally got a message and was told a Locksmith would come and try to change the code. He never did. Would have left if we could have found somewhere else to stay. Owner didn't communicate with us and NEVER addressed the problem. If the door codes can't be changed i don't think its very secure. Plasce was beautiful NEVNswlsestay.

This location and the host were exceptional. My husband and I were looking for a place in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge so we could walk to the shops and come back and rest when we wanted to. The penthouse suite was just as it is in the pictures.The bed was comfortable and the linens were very good, considering it was cool at night. The heat and air was very good and all the instructions were easy to follow. We used the wet bar area while we were there also and loved the antique looking appliances. We had to contact the host for toilet paper and he got back to us right away, and we had it within the hour. Cute studio in a GREAT location!
This is a very sweet studio with a really comfortable mattress and air conditioning in a fantastic location in which to explore Blue Ridge and the surrounding area. It is decorated very nicely and was nice and quiet for us light sleepers, despite being located right in the center of town. Just a couple things of note if you're considering renting here: there is a fairly steep staircase to enter the apartment, so beware if you have heavy bags. Also, the shower wasn't draining properly and it took awhile for the hot water to come on, so we were standing in a few inches of cold water in order to shower. We advised the owner of this issue and hopefully he has addressed it.
