☀ 4 SPACIOUS Bedrooms - these are "real" bedrooms with windows (some cabins tend to use large closets / storage rooms as 'bedrooms')
☀ 3 Levels - Each level has at least 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. Split bedrooms for complete privacy and seclusion for couples in a group.
☀ 1st Bedroom (main level) - Spacious Master secluded for privacy, with a antique California King size set (1/2 century old from 1970's), with river/fishing theme!
☀ 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms (upstairs) - Each has Queen bedroom sets. Our kids made one a "Bear" bedroom and another a "Deer" bedroom theme.
☀ 4th Bedroom (in basement)- Sleeps 3 (in 2 beds). An Eastlake Victorian style single bed a century old from mid 1900's & another Full size bed.
☀ Kitchen- has stainless steel appliance, granite countertops, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Both drip and Keurig coffeemakers with plenty of drink/dishware.
☀ Dining table- Chippendale style for 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island.
☀ Loft- Has an antique 75 yr old desk from a friend.
☀ Basement Game rooms - Pool table, foosball, ping pong & plenty of board games.
☀ Balconies/Grill - Upper level is a wrap around on three sides with a Weber Genesis Gas grill. Lower level balcony is a walkout from the basement bedroom.

☀ Please let us know if this booking is for a family or friends trip with ages of all guests, along with any other info to best serve your vacation needs.
☀ Required $250 Damage DEPOSIT: Will be fully refunded (within 15 days from check-out date) if there are no damages or extra cleaning required post stay. After you book, you will receive an email through Airbnb to accept deposit payment. Damages include, but not limited to, rearrangement of game room furniture, moving of pool table, stains left on the pool table felt, missing linen, missing antiques/décor, marks left on hardwood floor / staircases by pulling luggage over them, lose trash left in the trash can, etc.
☀ Optional AMENITIES Resort Fee: $50 upto 3 nights ($75 for 4 or more nights) provides access to 2 outdoor pools (Memorial day to Labor day), 1 indoor heated junior pool (year round), fitness center (year round), tennis courts and mini-golf (May to Sept). Each pass/card has 7 “punches”. Each “punch” on a card allows 3 guests entry for 1 day. A maximum of 2 punches per card (6 guests total) can be used for multiple entries same day. You will receive either a new card or a combination of cards that allow for 7 punches. If you decide to use these resort amenities, then payment is to be paid directly to the host by a secure payment method (like Vennmo or Pay pal).
☀ Cabin has security cameras on the outside. Any additional / unauthorized person/s will be charged $100 per person per day AND/OR cancellation of the booking.
☀AGE Requirement for reserving guest: Must be 25 years or older AND staying in the reservation.
☀Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am Eastern time.
☀NO-SMOKING & NO-VAPING inside the cabin. Okay to smoke outside on decks or porch (ashtrays provided). No throwing cigarette butts around cabin grounds.
☀ Strictly NO PETS- Due to allergic medical reasons we cannot allow any type of pet in our cabin (including emotional support or service animals).
☀ Minimum guest counts during peak season/Holidays/Long weekends: Will be 7 persons to book as a 4 Bedroom cabin during seasonal festivals (Fall Foliage / Apple picking season) & holiday season. Since there is no good way to restrict guest counts while booking you will be notified if your group is too small during peak seasons. If guests count is below 7, then you will be requested to alter or cancel your booking.
☀Basic rate is for a 2 Bedroom for 2 guests. Upto 4 guests will be 2 BR's, upto 6 guests will be 3 BR's, upto 9 guests will be 4 BR's & upto 11 guests will be 4 BR's plus a sleeping loft. Each additional guest will be $12 per person per night, automatically calculated by VRBO.

GUEST ACCESS:
☀ Access to the property is off a paved road and NO truck or 4 wheel drive is required as with some other cabins in the mountains.
☀ Parking: The cabin can easily accommodate parking for 4 normal sized passenger cars / SUVs / trucks, two of which can be parked in the lower driveway and two in the upper driveway. Any additional vehicles may need to be parked up the street.
֎֎ P.S: Due to rear Deck extension construction project, the lower driveway will temporarily not be accessible due to wood and other material used by the contractors. The upper drive way is available to park 2-3 vehicles and any additional vehicles can be parked by the side of the street.
☀ Distance from main resort gates: is about 10-13 mins drive from the closest LEGION gate. There are 4 gates to the resort, so enjoy seeing deer in the scenic mountain drive.
☀ Guests have access to the entire cabin except the owners private cabinets, storage room and housekeeping cabinets.
