Step outside and unwind on the porch with a soak in the hot tub while enjoying the picturesque forest views. This cabin provides a peaceful retreat for those seeking tranquility and a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay are a short 15-20 minute drive. A 4WD vehicle may be necessary to go up the steep, gravel driveway. There is flat parking at the top.

THE SPACE

Nestled in a serene forest setting, this adorable cabin in the woods can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms on the main level with a full bathroom, plus an open loft used as a third bedroom with another full bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, perfect for whipping delicious meals. You'll love the new granite countertops and light fixtures. The cabin also has an indoor fireplace that offers the perfect way to spend a relaxing evening, with its crackling flames and ambient warmth creating a cozy ambiance that's hard to resist.

Gather your loved ones around the outdoor fire pit and bask in the warmth and comfort of a cozy fire. Step away from your daily routine and spend your days chatting, sharing stories, and roasting marshmallows with your family and friends.

Take a forest walk on the nearby hiking trails and bring your poles to fish in two nearby community lakes.

GETTING AROUND

The roads to the cabin are paved until you get to Cherry Lake Drive, where they become gravel. There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

If you are visiting during the winter months and the forecast calls for snow/ice, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is suggested to more easily travel the roads throughout our community and to our cabin.

The property is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you're visiting the forest, and our bug friends live in and around the river and forest. You'll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ The person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, noise should be kept to a minimum.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ Pets are allowed. Up to two dogs under 65 pounds each are welcome for an additional fee plus taxes per pet, per stay.. Dogs may only be left unattended in the cabin if they are crated. Please be sure to remove any dog waste from the yard and all public areas before departure. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if waste is not properly cleaned up or if pets have been allowed on the furniture. Additional fees may also be assessed for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets.

☞︎ Please do not adjust the hot tub temperature above 104 degrees and please reset it to 80 degrees before your departure time.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ Environmentally friendly plumbing, NO grease, no flushable wipes, and no food down the sink drain. DO NOT REMOVE WIRE MESH food catcher in the sink while in use. There is no disposal, and this mesh will protect the community's plumbing.

☞︎PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off. You can feel free to use the indoor garbage can, which our cleaners will remove when cleaning the unit. Or if you would like to take the garbage to the outside can, please ensure it is properly bagged (extra bags are located under the kitchen sink), tied off, and secured to keep our wildlife from gaining access. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
