The Space:

Upon arrival, the expansive porch welcomes you to your home away from home at Autumn Bluff! One step inside the front door provides a view straight across the open concept living room and out the back windows that soar from floor to ceiling revealing the rolling Georgia hillside. You won't know what to do first! Choose either the indoor or outdoor fireplace to gather around relax from your travels. The living room has room for everyone, and the screened-in porch offers a fresh air alternative for those long conversations or to watch the big game. 



If the kitchen calls your name, you will find it's fully stocked with all the necessary serving pieces and appliances for a family feast including a coffee pot and Keurig. Belly up to the bar with seating for 3 people in addition to the adjacent tree trunk inspired wooden dining table for 6. On this level there is a king bedroom with TV, full bathroom with standing shower--as well as washer and dryer!



Follow the custom designed staircase up to the loft for a birds eye view of the layout below. There, a daybed with trundle and sitting area provide additional sleeping space or get-a-way for an afternoon nap. The King sized master suite is located on this upper level & offers double vanities, jetted tub, separate shower, large closet, TV, & private balcony with rocking chairs!



The finished basement features another king bedroom with TV, separate bathroom, & best of all--a second living area/game room offering hours of fun with shuffleboard, fooseball, and a wet bar with mini fridge!





Access to the back porch has a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a steamy hot tub overlooking the peaceful mountainside.

Every guest who books this property will be prompted to go through a verification process involving a refundable security deposit in the form of a credit hold.

Other Things to Note:

*The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
