« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here! « The resort is older but very well maintained, clean and classy with a nice spa area with indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The grounds are beautiful and it's very convenient to everything in Blowing Rock and Boone. We stayed in a lake facing dog-friendly room with a balcony overlooking the pond. It was fantastic, very relaxing and we had our dog with us! The restaurants are wonder; breakfast was a real treat! We'll be back! »
