This well-designed 2 BR/3BA + loft upper level condo in Chetola Resort is truly a step above, with access to many amenities including the recreation area and pool, and is sure to be one of your favorites, visit after visit.  The living area with cathedral ceiling features a floor to ceiling stone, gas log fireplace framed by beautiful custom woodwork, shelving and an oriental rug. The love seat and sofa provide ample seating for you and your guests and the wet bar makes entertaining easy.  From the living area you can step out onto the balcony with patio furniture, overlooking one of the resort's scenic ponds. Or step up into the dining area and kitchen.  The dining area seats six. Next to the living area is a well-lit workspace with desk and chair.

The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and includes high quality cabinetry and open shelving, granite countertops and a spacious granite topped island. The kitchen is well-equipped with glassware, dishes, flatware and utensils, large and small appliances, cookware and everything you would need to prepare a full meal and serve your guests. 

The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, dresser, bedside tables, closet and smart television. The master has a private bath with jack and jill sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower.

The second bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed, also with bedside tables, dresser and television, plus an upholstered arm chair, for your guests.  This bedroom has a hallway bath with combination tub/shower that can double as a powder room.

The upstairs loft has a queen sleeper sofa, plenty of floorspace, a second workspace with window, and it's own private bath with shower. The upstairs loft overlooks the living room and can serve as a second living area, a workspace, a bedroom or all three!

The condo is equipped with TV and reliable Spectrum Internet.

Late Check-out and Early Check-in at 1:00 PM: Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.
Resort amenities: This condo has a resort membership.  There will be a membership card in the unit which you can use to access the pool/recreation area.
