« Everything seemed fine at first. On our first night my daughter saw and killed a giant brown spider. Followed by multiple other bugs. There were 4 total daddy long legs. The second bed was a couch pull out that was thin and springy. There were no sheets on the pull out, but there were loose sheets to put on that were in the cabinet. The pillows were extremely thin. « The perfect weekend retreat! We enjoyed the spacious screened porch and dock with views of the river. The home is beautiful & spotless with modern touches, a stocked coffee bar and comfortable spaces for everyone to gather. The host was quick to communicate and shared helpful tips about the property. Bridgeton is convenient to shopping, historic New Bern and nearby summer camps. We hope to stay again soon! »

« Great location within walking distance of downtown New Bern. We were in town for a wedding and the owner connected us with a wonderful woman who watched my 3 year old grandson during the wedding. He had a great time while we enjoyed the wedding. »
