There are two fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, living rooms and so much more. Though each unit can be rented separately, it is really perfect for two families traveling together who want to be together most of the time, but have a place to retreat to for privacy. Each floor has its own deck area and there is a private fenced yard with fire pit and garden for outdoor gatherings.

The upstairs has three large bedrooms; a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom as well as two roomy queen bedrooms. The downstairs has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have remotely operated ceiling fan/lights. Each floor can be accessed separately or together through the main foyer.

We provide linens, towels, toiletries, bathrobes, a welcome basket with snacks, and wine, kitchen pantry items and lots of other goodies for our guests.

We have two outside security cameras overlooking the garage and driveway area

We are minutes from shopping, dining, and are close to public transportation. Only a few minutes drive to the new IU Health Hospital, Indiana University campus, College Mall, and and downtown Bloomington. Several lakes are also very close including Lake Monroe, Lake Lemon and Griffy Lake.
