No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pets Allowed
Dogs are welcome at this property with a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 dogs. Guests may bring more than 2 dogs with prior approval, and each additional dog over the 2-dog limit will incur an added fee of $50 per dog. This pet policy applies to dogs only. Other pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing before arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and ensuring they do not cause messes, damages, odors, or any other issues during the stay. Additional fees may apply for any extra cleaning, repairs, or damages related to dogs or pets.
