Whitestone Cottage accommodates up to 8 people for various stay durations; including nightly (3 night minimum), weekly and monthly options all year round! Our house rental features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, outdoor shower, gas grill, full kitchen, and back patio to enjoy dinner in the fresh Block Island air. When inside each room is equipped with individual climate control for guests to manage for optimal comfort.

There is a first floor bedroom with a king bed, french doors to the patio, and a soaking tub in the en suite bathroom. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms each with a queen and their own en suite full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a pull out couch in the living room. The living room and first floor bedroom have Roku smart tvs and there is high speed internet accessible for the whole house to ensure comfort and connectivity.

The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. We had a great time there! The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, which makes it especially nice. The host was very attentive when I asked her for something. She brought it right over. The living room/kitchen area is a bit small for 9-10 people, but we enjoyed the outside tables for eating meals, since the weather was so nice when we were there. All in all it was a great stay for my husband and me and our kids and grandkids!

While we enjoyed our visit I would like to address some issues. First off, Holly was great at accommodating our needs, she really works hard. However, the house was not finished by three and we had to wait outside till 4. She addressed the following for us: The sink in the kitchen and the faucet in the bedroom were clogged and needed repair as was the drain in the tub . I was unable to use it after one time. There were no beach towels. We needed hand towels and comforters. The wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom is falling apart (a leg actually came off). The umbrella outside was broken the whole time.Additionally, the odor from the sinks and smell of the water is not good. Things guests need that were not in the house. A linen coset with towels. Shelving in the downstairs bathroom as there is no surface area to place things. Each of us had one towel the whole week. No one wants to launder on vacation just to have clean towels. A clothesline or hooks to hang wet towels or suits. A level outside shower base. There are no oven mitts. We burned ourselves cooking with the stove. There were no dish towels to dry dishes we cleaned by hand. More bowls and plates were needed. We saw the house before and know the renovation that took place but the saved expense is evident in the tub surround, painted vinyl fireplace surround, furniture (hardest and most uncomfortable couch), bedding and linens.

Absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home on Block Island. The home was completely perfect for my teenage boys and older children. Everyone had enough space and privacy and probably was the first trip when no fought which as a parent makes the trip the best ever. So many amazing areas that are in just short walking distance was just perfect for our very active family. Watching the painted rock get changed multiple times during the week always made me giggle. The house has every amenity that can be imagined and made cooking and enjoying ourselves so easy. Holly was a so responsive to all my questions no matter how small or silly. Already booked again for next year and the kids are already planning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wow- Whitestone!

our family celebrated Thanksgiving at Whitestone and the home was so perfect and welcoming. we cooked in the well-appointed, new kitchen and served full course dinner at the beautiful farm style table, with the fireplace going, enjoying the breathtaking sunset views!! Seating for 9 was comfortable and cozy!. each bedroom has its own en-suite and the beds and room appointments are immaculate and calming. Holly was so kind, helpful and supportive in ensuring we had what we needed coming out for a holiday and during off-season. last, this home welcomes the pets and for us, Thanksgiving without them was not even a thought! the yard, neighborhood and home was well set-up to bring them, they were happy wherever we and the turkey went! best times running them on vail beach which was a short walk from the house.

Mohegan Trail Updated Child and Pet Friendly Stay

A Family and pet friendly home which has been totally updated providing ensuites to your guests. Loved the location and neighborhood for a different side of the island. Very memorable vacation for my 65th birthday. Thank you for your hospitality and Holly the manager is very responsive.

Best Rental on The Block

Beautiful and completely new/remodeled home on the south side of block. Entire house is new - all amenities are new and fantastic. Property Manager is the best! Had one small issue and she was there in a matter of minutes to resolve. Can't say enough good things about this gem!
