The space

It’s particularly well suited to couples, but can accommodate up to four guests using the sofa bed.

The property is part of a split-level home. Your accommodation has its own entrance and a lockable internal door separating it from the remainder of the house.

There are no shared guest amenities.

The neighbourhood

Wisteria Retreat is located in a quiet Witherlea neighbourhood, offering a peaceful base while remaining close to central Blenheim.

The Wither Hills Farm Park walking and cycling tracks are nearby, making it easy to head out for a morning walk or explore some of the area’s beautiful hillside trails.

You’re also well positioned for exploring Marlborough’s wineries, restaurants and surrounding region.

Other things to note

The advertised nightly price is based on two guests. Up to two additional guests can be added for an extra guest fee.

Families are very welcome; however, parts of the section are not suitable for young children to explore unsupervised, so parents and caregivers will need to keep little ones close.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. We ask guests to be considerate of our peaceful residential neighbourhood.

For security, there is an exterior camera covering the front-door/driveway area. There are no cameras inside the guest accommodation.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and a pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking if you’re planning to bring your dog.
