The space
Blanco is a little less touristy than Fredericksberg Proper & closer to the wineries! We offer a discount with Texas Tipsy Tours if you need safe and/or luxury winery transportation.

This quaint home is able to accommodate larger groups while still feeling cozy if you are just a group of 2. We offer all the modern touches & amenities: blazing fast WiFi, large updated kitchen with premium appliances, Smart Roku TV with YouTube TV subscription and other apps access. Fully stocked ktichen, plus toiletries, soaps & shampoos, conditioners and paper towels for the kitchen.

We offer TWO king beds with premium memory foam mattresses for restful comfy sleep. Premium cotton linens & towels provided. Enjoy the large walk-in master on suite double shower heads for two.

Other things to note
We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.

We love for you to enjoy and celebrate, but we charge a $75 cleaning fee for confetti or glitter found on property.

We ask that you please clean up after your pets. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover any damage pets may leave and we charge a $15 poop fee (potentially more if there are multiple pets worth).

Please do not move any furniture. If you do, please move it back. We charge a $20 minimum furniture moving fee if we arrive and furniture is out of place.
