The Neighborhood:
Blanco is a quaint and charming town with an active square smack dab in the middle of the Texas Wine trail. Breweries and wineries are within 15-20min drive from the house along scenic roads. Blanco River access within half a mile. Canyon Lake & Guadalupe are within 30 min of house

Getting Around:
We have parking for 4 cars onsite, and additional parking next door at our corner main house by the long fence. We are 3 blocks walking distance from Blanco State Park River access, and also the Blanco Square with plenty of shops and restaurants.

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional urine cleaning, fleas or damage.
