The room and bathroom where both very clean - and I am especially picky about bathrooms. The TV was a little difficult to navigate but it wasn't anything that should ruin anyone's trip. « Booking through a third party is not always the best or easiest way to go if you have hiccups in your trip. I had a huge hiccup in my trip! However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. Not only was the issue resolved, he personally reached out to make sure ducks were all in a row for my stay. I appreciate you David đ »

« The queen suite was great for myself and the 4 teenagers to veg out and have game/pizza night after the pool. The pool was great! The kids had a great time! There were a lot of food options in the area. Highly recommend Icki Sticki down the street and Escapology escape rooms close by! »
