Welcome to The Birch, a modern Poconos getaway that feels less like a rental and more like the vacation home you wish your family already owned.

We created The Birch because we wanted something different from the typical Poconos cabin. This is a bright, comfortable, fully finished home designed for families, couples, and groups who want the house itself to be part of the trip.

With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, additional sleeping space, and room for up to 14 guests, The Birch gives everyone space to spread out without losing the feeling of being together.

Spend the day exploring the Poconos, then come back to a home where the fun doesn’t stop.

Downstairs, the game room is built for friendly competition with:
