We traveled to the house with 4 families for New Year's. The home has plenty of room with beds/bedrooms to accomodate a large group and was as described. I am simply providing the facts of our experience for a 2 night stay. Our issue was with the amenities. We were informed the house was checked prior to our arrival; however, many things were not functioning properly which made the trip a huge inconvenience. There are 3 ovens in the kitchen and all 3 did not heat properly and had a gas odor coming from the stovetop. It took about an hour to get the ovens to maybe 250 degrees, and they were not capable of cooking food. We had brought up catering trays, and were unable to heat them up in the ovens. The dishwasher was also a struggle not draining properly so multiple cycles needed to be run to clean a few dishes. The hot tub was at 78 degrees upon arrival, we turned it up to 104, and did not exceed 96 degrees which occurred on the day we left. The game items were not present in tact but thrown in drawers despite being told upon arrival all game pieces must be checked or we would be charged. Also, most of the pool sticks were broken and the shuffle board barely slides with no sand. We had a brief power outage and when you call the numbers provided, you are routed overseas to a call center. The house was not working in the advertised manner which was a huge disappointment.
