Stay in Graeagle’s One-of-a-Kind Artist’s Adobe

Experience the charm and creativity of this truly unique adobe, single story home—the only one of its kind in Graeagle! This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat was lovingly designed by artists and filled with character at every turn, from original artwork to antique doors and hardware gathered from across California.
Relax on the wide, shaded front or back porch—perfect for keeping cool on warm Sierra afternoons—or take a short stroll to explore all that downtown Graeagle has to offer. Located directly across from the Graeagle Picnic Grounds, this home makes an ideal home base for weddings, celebrations, and all your Lost Sierra adventures.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds (trundle)
Flex room - twin bed
Living room- sofa bed

Bathroom 1- Full, en suite
Bathroom 2- Full

*Rates based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests $25 per person per night.
1. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM
Please be considerate of your neighbors.
2. There is a firm NO SMOKING policy, both inside and out.
3. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.
4. Please do not use the garbage disposal.
5. Both wood stoves and monitor heaters are available for guest use, please turn heat down to 50 and insure fires are out before leaving the premises.
6. Battery operated candles are provided for ambience, please do not light wicked candles.

To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the `Pet Fee` box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.

We suggest bringing your pet`s bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.

If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.

Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.

Visiting pets are not allowed.



We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.

If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,

(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.

(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and

(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
