Beautiful mountain home that sleeps 6 people in one our most charming neighborhoods in Graeagle.
The Space:
Beautifully remodeled with you, our guest, in mind! This two story home has an outstanding deck and private backyard and has been outfitted with kitchen and household goods to make your vacation the very best it can be!

Located in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in Graeagle, California, this home is close to the charming village of Graeagle. Shops, restaurants, and stables are just a few blocks away!
Guest Access:
When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately 3 miles from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Wood stove and fireplace not available for guest use during peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA You can walk to the down town from our neighborhood and home! Also there is a wide trail that goes into the forest about 2 blocks from our home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.
3 minimum over 4th of July weekend. This home is perfect for your mountain vacation and has a separate 2 car garage (connected to the home by a covered breezeway) and plenty of parking in the driveway. There is also a gorgeous front deck, perfect for watching the sunset, in addition to the backyard. The backyard has a deck, shade trees, and grass (perfect for your little family members) and a large stainless prep counter/service area with outdoor sink and gas grill.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! Ellen from Plumas Pines Vacation Homes and Rentals
