The space
This renovated studio features sunset views of the ocean just across the road, and of the picturesque creek. The open space retro kitchenette, dining table, and living room have everything you’ll need for your Beach Holiday. The unique breakfast center has a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, and small grill. Your comfortable queen size bed is surrounded by a floor to ceiling curtain. The large bathroom features a beach themed 5- foot shower with handheld and rain shower options, a wardrobe, and a vanity with plenty of storage. There is excellent Wi-Fi and a 43 inch television with streaming content. An electric fireplace makes it cozy in the winter.
Walk out your front door into the myriad of options for outdoor living; the front patio with Adirondack chairs for lounging, and a small table for outside eating. In addition to the patio, there are plenty of outside shared amenity spaces. There’s a covered gazebo with a state of the art barbecue, a fish cleaning station in the back of the property for those that like to go fishing, clamming, or crabbing and a wood fire pit by the creek. Play shuffleboard or corn hole. There is public beach access right across the street to launch your paddle boards, kayaks or enjoy making s'mores at night. Boat launch is about 1.5 miles away in the State Park.
The entire property can be rented and is ideal for a business retreat, friends get away or large family vacation as it can accommodate up to 20 people when renting all units.
