« What a wonderful stay!!! Far enough from Knoxville, yet close enough to Knoxville. It had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous inside and out! We will definitely be staying there again! »

« This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :) »

« Check-in was already set up and ready for us when we arrived. Very good communication with the host. Place was just as seen in photos. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Beautiful and calming vibe. »

« The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

« House was as pictured. Cute little cottage on wooded property. Deck was comfortable to sit outside. Kathy was attentive to any questions. Check in and check out were both easy. Kathy was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again. »
