Bedroom 1 - double room

The main bedroom is a comfortable space featuring a velvet-headboard double bed dressed in fresh bed linen. Eclectic artwork and warm lamp lighting give the room an individual style. Clothing storage and hangers are provided, and room-darkening blinds are available.

Bedroom 2 - single room

The second bedroom is finished in a blue colour palette and includes fresh bed linen, open shelving, and natural light. It is suitable for a child or solo traveller and provides a separate sleeping space.

Kitchenette

The kitchenette is compact and equipped for basic self-catering. Guests will find a microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, hot water kettle, and cooking basics, along with wine glasses, tea, coffee, and kitchen consumables to get you started. A sink, clothing storage, and hangers are also available. Whether you are warming up a meal or preparing a simple breakfast before heading out, the main essentials are close at hand.

Bathroom - wet room

The bathroom is finished in bold red with sparkle panels, mosaic floor tiles, and a walk-in shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided as standard.

Outdoor space

The fairy-lit courtyard garden is lined with palm trees and includes a seating area. It provides an outdoor space for a drink, some fresh air, or a morning coffee.

Location

Blackpool is a well-known seaside resort town on the Lancashire coast, welcoming visitors for short breaks and longer stays throughout the year. The town offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment options, and attractions. Guests can visit the seafront and Blackpool Illuminations or use the property as a base for exploring the wider Lancashire and Fylde coast area.

Lovely little place has free on-street parking available directly nearby, as well as access to private parking for guests travelling by car.

• Pets are welcome, free of charge, with a maximum of two pets permitted – please declare all pets at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property at any time, as barking may disturb our neighbours.
• A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per stay

• Check-out: by 10:00


Extra Charges

Pets
Guests wishing to bring a pet may do so free of charge. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted at any one time. Please confirm whether you are bringing any pets when completing your booking.


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
