HILLTOPIA is a modern 2 story, 4 bedroom beachfront holiday home with excellent sea views. Accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, located in beautiful Black Point, an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday! Free Wifi!

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, Delonghi coffee pod machine with frother (BYO pods), air fryer, sandwich press.
Dining area with dining table and chairs, hammock, lounge area with L shaped lounge, large smart TV, coffee table, small assortment of games. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Vanity with separate w/c.
Sliding doors from lounge area lead out to balcony with sea views, L shaped outdoor lounge, table and bench seat, extra table and bench seats.

4 bedrooms main has an ensuite with shower, w/c and vanity. All bedrooms have built-in-robes.

Main bathroom with shower, full size bath, vanity and w/c. European style laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, iron and ironing board, clothes airer.

Living area with L shaped lounge, coffee table, smart TV, pool table, bench seat, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, sitting area with 2 chairs.
Sliding doors leading out to undercover patio with outdoor table and chairs, hooded gas BBQ, lawned area, fire pit (BYO wood) to be used in non fire season only.

Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.

Bed configuration - Downstairs - main bed 1 - king, bed 2 - single. Upstairs - bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - single.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $44.00 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
