This condo is located within a historic mixed-use building. Please be respectful of neighbors and fellow guests at all times. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

PETS
This home is pet friendly, up to 2 dogs! If you`re bringing a furry companion, please ensure they are included on your reservation and clean up after them throughout your stay.

PARKING
Public parking is available in the four-level parking garage located directly across the street from the building.

This home accommodates up to 4 guests. Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees, so please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on the day of arrival through your digital guest guide. Requests are subject to availability and our cleaning team`s schedule. If approved, a $50 early check-in fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaning teams operate on carefully scheduled timelines, and guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

BELONGINGS
Please double-check the home before departure to ensure nothing is left behind. If personal items are found, we can return them for a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
