Located on beautiful Lake Sawyer in Black Diamond, Washington, this 2,000 sq ft property offers comfortable gathering spaces, gorgeous lake views, and plenty of room to relax.

Start your morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon enjoying the lake or exploring the surrounding area, and unwind around the outdoor fire table in the evening.

The property includes a 3-bedroom main house and a separate 1-bedroom guest studio, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or multigenerational getaways.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive use of the main house, detached guest studio, private dock, yard, and on-site parking.

Convenient self check-in is available with a smart-lock keypad.

Stand-up paddleboards are provided for guest use. A public boat launch is located nearby.

The attached three-car garage is reserved for owner use and is not included in the rental.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION

DOCK AND WATER ACCESS

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private dock for swimming, paddleboarding, and relaxing by the lake. The boat lift is reserved for owner use and is not available to guests.

LIFE JACKETS AND WATER SAFETY

A selection of life jackets is available for guest use, with sizes ranging from child to adult XL. Sizes and quantities are limited, so guests are encouraged to bring their own to ensure a proper fit for everyone in their group.

The dock is accessed through a gated entry from the yard. Children must be closely supervised near the lake and dock. Swimming, paddleboarding, and other water activities are at guests' own risk.

OWNER GARAGE ACCESS

The three-car garage attached to the front of the detached studio is reserved for owner use. Owners may occasionally access the garage through a separate entrance to check on the property or retrieve items. Guest living spaces and privacy are respected at all times.

HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours after 10 PM

• No parties or events

• No pets

• No smoking indoors
