« We visited in late March and really enjoyed the heated pool. It's a fabulous area for families with lots of space, food and drink, and activities. The room was good - clean and fairly spacious for our small group. I might pick a larger one when we visit again with a patio and more sunlight. We were in one of the older buildings and we could hear some of the noise in the neighboring unit but all in all was quiet enough for good rest at night. »

« Nice property, decent location. Management company (Vacasa) was HORRIBLE. Arrived at 4 PM check-in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned/was not ready for check-in. After countless calls to Vacasa, we finally got confirmation that the unit would be cleaned "tonight". We were finally able to occupy at 8:30 PM. Worse experience if over 25 years of renting vacation properties. »

« Well positioned halfway between Phoenix and Sedona. Black Canyon City is a very small town and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Interstate. Stayed 7 nights in unit. This unit had the basic necessities for overnight needs. If you're looking for a clean, simplistic, minimalist stay, off the beaten path for a good price, this is your place. We would stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. It's a very quiet and secluded location. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and adjacent golf course. Furnishing are very comfortable. Well stocked with all necessary items. Friendly neighborhood and convenient location to plenty of attractions. »

« The resort is nice- we have stayed there many times. It is a pain to have to fend off the attempts to sell you a time share every time you check in. The photos on the VRBO listing were not of the unit that we actual were assigned. Our unit was MUCH Smaller- so that is misleading (I thought VRBO would have had pictures of the actual unit they were advertising).
