Locations de vacances privées à Biskupiec

« Great hotel. Our room was very spacious but quite outdated. The staff were exceptional. Location was great. They have a fantastic spa at the lower level where I was able to get a last minute booking for a wonderful massage. And the breakfast included was fantastic. Overall very good stay. »

« Chambre spatieuse, literie confortable. »

« The hotel perhaps deserved four stars in 1980, but it is not at all the tastes of the day. Green carpet look tired in the rooms and interior design of another era. The disappointment is great. In addition, we booked a room with a king bed, and we were offered a room with twin little beds. No apology from the staff, and no replacement room proposed. A very bad trip in Mercure !

« 👍.... »

« M'y stay was not good The staff is not UP to the level at all. »

« excellent »

« The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect. The service at the restaurant was also very long. 1h30 for a meal and a dessert and I was alone. »

« Wellness/SPA ist in die Jahre gekommen. »

« nice week end »

« Superbe endroit , atypique !

« I do not understand why this place has an average rating. It looks new, the food is excellent, it's clean, the staff is very friendly... very good place to stay »
