Please follow the instructions below to find the parking area for the cottage:
1. Follow the directions to the property until you reach the front. Unfortunately, there is no parking available here.

2. Turn left onto the small private entrance, which is located to the left of the other road when facing it from the opposite side of the street. This is a shared area for a few of the back houses.

3. The parking area for Heather Cottage can be found at the back of this area. A signpost reading 'Heather Cottage Parking' can be found to the right of the parking area.

4. The back door of the cottage, which also has a sign reading 'Heather Cottage', can be found to the right of the parking area as well.

5. The key box for entry will be located near the back door.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Stay With Us.

We came as a party of 10 to celebrate new year and booked for 10 people. The night before the booking I messaged to check that all towels and bedding were available - which I was told they were. Upon check, we found no towels or bedding for guests 9 and 10. After messaging, we were told several different locations within the house to check for bedding and towels - none of which were correct. I was then told due to the time (4pm) no one could come out until the next day. So night 1 with no bedding or towels. The next day I was then told another location to check for bedding/towels and again no luck! No one came out to the property as promised either. So spent 2 nights and 3 days without bedding or towels for 2 guests!The water pressure in the property is also very bad. None of us could have proper showers and when you flushed the toilet the water in taps stopped running. Nice house but overall poor stay due to reasons mentioned above. Would not return.
