« The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. « Really a grand immersion into culture, clean and good size room, comfortable beds! Two pools with great views from the rooftop! Amazingly rich breakfast! What a gem! »
