You private luxury Oasis away from home

Welcome to your spacious oasis of family friendly home. You will enjoy a 4 bedroom home with a luxury kitchen with a fun seating area at the bar and bay window. You have a living room, full dining room and massive den with fireplace with seating up to 12 on the sofa. A full theater with a bar.. A Screened and a uncovered Deck with an above the ground pool!
The home is near the woods so during winter months deers have been known to frequent the area and during summer months water bugs can creep onto the outside porch however the house has an active pest control service for inside and outside that keeps them controlled to a minimum.

The house is not in the best shape. but the beds were comfy! We were only there to sleep really. Basement leaks when someone takes a shower and its a TON of water. The basement area smells like mildew, so we just closed the door back.

Fabulous Stay!!!!

My family and I had a fabulous stay! The home provided a lot of space! We enjoyed watching the Olympics on the many big screen televisions, including the Media area in the basement (very comfortable seating)! The sofa in the den was comfortable for some, but low, and our older family members needed assistance (they laughed at themselves when sitting and getting up). The screened in porch was enjoyed by the family, but opening at top and bottom of screen allowed for mosquitoes (insect repellent provided assistance). We had an amazing time and would recommend this home to others to create fun and enjoyable memories! Also, we appreciated the great communication with Host during booking!

We were in town for a funeral. This place was absolutely amazing. We were able to have some family time. We reminisced and created new memories. The whole experience was totally awesome. My family and I enjoyed our stay. To say the house is beautiful is an understatement. I would recommend this house to family and I plan to return in the near future. The owner was awesome. Nice place to stay

Great location to Barber Motorsports track ( 30 mins). Plenty of parking - we had 4 mustangs. Quiet neighbor. Within 5 mins of most Shopping needs - Santo coffee 2 min drive and GREAT!

This was our second time staying at this home. The kids loved the pool! I loved spending time sitting on the swing in the screened in porch, watching the kids and talking with family. We can’t wait to come back!

House is very clean

Everything was great during our 3-day weekend. When we first got there on Thursday afternoon there was someone in the pool swimming. We thought it had been double booked and then the lady says she’s a neighbor and swims when no one is staying there. We thought that was odd, she did go to her house which was next door. The only issue we had was the upstairs was unbearably hot when we got there. No one could sleep there. The next day the rooms upstairs were cooler. Overall the place was very clean and Timmecia responded very quickly to any messages I had.

Great Vacation Spot

My family and I had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely adored the screened in porch and the pool. We loved being able to sit outside and swing with sparkly lights while the kids swam! Plenty of room for my family that visited. We cooked enough for an army in the large kitchen. We would love to visit again soon!

Great stay in Gardendale Alabama

My staff and I stayed here while attending a conference in Birmingham and had a great time. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was convenient to stores and restaurants. The pool and the screened in back porch were very relaxing and enjoyable. Timmecia was a great host and immediately responded to a need we had while we were there. Great place to stay while in Birmingham!

Amazing Stay

This has been my best VRBO stay! The house had plenty space, very clean, long driveway for multiple cars to park, the back yard and pool was great, & the downstairs bar/movie room was perfect! My friends and I loved everything about this house! I would definitely book again!

Fourth of July Weekend

We enjoyed our family get together for the 4th of July. It was a nice central location to meet for our family members. The grill and pool got quite a workout! The only problem was the bedroom with bunk beds. They were not sturdy or comfortable so those four people slept on the sectional in the den. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Private Vacation Home: Luxury, Leisure and Fun!

First, The host was Friendly, Fantastic and Accommodating! This House was Amazingly Luxurious! It is located in a wonderful area. There was plenty of parking and Easy entry in. When we entered the house it smelled amazing! It was Super Clean! There was Real Lysol, wipes, hand sanitizer everywhere! This house did not disappoint! Again! The Decor is beautiful. All the Bedrooms are super spacious! You will not want to leave the comfortable sectionals. All the seating and chairs are comfortable! We enjoyed the Huge, Smart TVS, in Everywhere! The Awesome Kitchen is Stocked with All New smart appliances. The massive deck encompasses a wonderful azure, precleaned, pool. There was comfortable seating everywhere outside! The backyard is Huge! Stocked with a top chef grill of the deck. The Screened patio was equipped comfortable furniture with a Flat Screened Smart TV. All the bathrooms were nice and clean. The hot showers and decor throughout the house was awesome! Fresh towels and clean linen on all the beds. Don't let me forget the Theater Room with a 65 inch Smart TV and six(6) Plush Recliners and a Bar. We will be back. This luxurious house has spoiled my family. This is the only place for us! We have not been together safe and spacious since Covid-19 Hit 18 months plus. All Girls weekend! Thanksgiving Celebration! Romantic Getaway for Couples! Yes! I will be Back! We will be back! Thank you for a Perfect Private Birthday Family Vacation.

Amazing Family Weekend Gathering

My family and I had an amazing time at this home! We all traveled in from various parts of the east coast to come to Birmingham and I celebrate our family’s matriarch 104th Birthday! The home was the perfect size for us! The kids absolutely loved the pool, trampoline, and the downstairs theater room! The home is beautifully decorated and is located in close proximity to stores and shopping. Timmecia was a great host! She was super responsive whenever I or any of the other guests had a question or concern! I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend this property to others.
