Very good all round accommodation

As always good value for money accommodation, its not the Hilton but then its not Hilton prices - Food excellent

Just ok!

The room was fine, clean and comfy. But it seemed like the place was being run by a young kid. Not much selection for breakfast. Ok for one night.

Comfy room TV bit small no stairs parking outside

We have stayed here before and had a nice stay.we were on our way to the west country on a touring holiday and found this to be best value for money.nice clean room comfy bed .the only down side was that the chef had gone sick and there was no evening meals available.had to drive more to get meal.

Not so good this time

Second stay at this place, first stay was good, good service, food etc. This stay, strange, not so good. Arrived at counter and waited for staff, thought they were in the other bar serving, but no, the young lady was sitting down with some locals having a general chat, had to wait until she had finished before she thought she would stand up from her table and come and see to me. Room not so tidy as first visit and strange dark brown stains in toilet which went when flushed but then came back..Not sure i would consider it again.

Short break

We stayed here as it was close to the Agricultral show ground. The staff were very helpful, very comfortable room. We will difinitely stay there again if we visit the area again

Pub and restaurant was great...lovely food... Room let it down... Shabby and in need of a total modernisation

Nice break away from home good hotel and lovely food, and the people who run it are very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

great little hotel

The hotel was difficult to locate without a satnav.We found it on line and it was the nearest to our party destination.It was a motel style each room had space to park. The rooms were modern and well decorated,well fitted good bed, good bedlinen and fluffy white towels.Complimentary continental breakfast was more than adequate but we were able to suppliment it with hot dish for a small charge and our poached eggs on toast were a triumph. All in all a good stay

Good overnighter

We were attending a family party and this hotel was the nearest to the venue, not easy to find without a satnav, it was however very comfortable with motel style rooms..well decorated and modern..good in- room facilites although our shower head was not easy to keep in the holder.The linen and towels were top quality and the bed comfortable.There is a complimentary continental breakfast with the room but additional hot breakfast dishes can be bought at a very reasonable charge..our poached eggs on toast were delicious. All in all a very good stay at a reasonable price

A comfy stay

It's a old coaching inn with a lovely comfy bed with clean white linen. TV, tea/coffee facilities and ensuite. Very friendly staff and good grub. We would recommend it.

Terrible Smell of Damp in the Room

Room smelt of damp - Wires hanging from bathroom ceiling on the first night - then there was a fan put in on the 2nd night but was a pull cord hanging in the middle of the bathroom,. Bathroom floor looks like a local swimming baths and was not that clean. Price was competitive but no excuse for rooms for be substandard.

Nice hotel. Nice pub. Decent location for what Irequired. Let down by a shower coming straight from the taps...meaning you can either have a scalding hot or freezing cold shower. Would consider going back.

Nice hotel, good for a nights stop over

Stayed in the three horse shoes inn for one night as a couple. Overall can't complain evreything clean, staff very helpful and good served in the bar in the evening was excellent! My only complaint would be the 'contential' breakfast offered with the price of the room. It was very limited and fruit offered wasn't ripe was disappointing. Also the wifi was down when we stayed but over all a positive stay! I would just upgrade to a cooked breakfast next time!

Excellent location for sightseeing

Friendly Inn, good food, not luxurious but good value including continental breakfast. Great location for traveling to popular tourist destinations. Will stay again.

Om een of andere reden kregen we kamer 7, de disabled kamer. Vuile stoffige badkamer. beddengoed niet netjes opgedekt. De koffie en bijbehoren op de kamer raak je beter niet aan. Basisontbijt met vuil bestek en plakkerige tafels. Niet echt een aanrader, doch op een boogscheut van de stoneleigh showground.

Disappointing

Not a cheerful welcome, felt I was disturbing them by checking in. Remember, the inclusive breakfast is continental. Evening meal, he steak was Lovett but the beef burger in a ciabatta roll was very trance and seemed processed and tasteless. Very poor.

Wont Go Again

I Stayed here for 2 nights in March, When I arrived I was given my door key and told to go to my room. I was hit in the face with a wall of heat. they left the radiator on High so it felt like a sauna. When i told them they said they will sort it out but After i return for the second night it was exactly the same. I was also kept up all night by the landlord son who was playing on a racing game in the room next to me. when i told the landlord she said that it was her son and she didn't care what i had to say. i will not be staying here again
