🏊 Seasonal Pool Access (subject to change): Cool off from May–August at the building’s pool. Hours are weekdays 9am–5pm, Saturdays 10am–5pm, and Sundays 1pm–5pm. Please follow pool rules so everyone can enjoy the space.

Property is available for check-in at 4pm unless early check-in is requested (2pm, with a small fee that goes directly to our cleaners for schedule an extra pair of hands to get the unit ready for you quicker)

✨ Guest Verification & Deposit
To make check-in seamless and secure, all guests are required to complete a quick verification through Enso Connect, a trusted third-party platform partnered with Airbnb. You’ll receive an email or text from Enso Connect with simple instructions to finalize the process.
To protect both guests and our home, a mandatory $300 refundable security deposit ($15 processing fee). Deposits are a hold only, and funds are automatically released after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
