The space

The property is less than a mile walk to the middle of the city!! Less than a mile walk to Train Stations!! 1.0 mile (18 minute walk) to New Street and
Grand Central!!
The room is simple, you got everything you need in one space, as well as a nice and clean kitchen, which is shared between three other students in the specific hallway. There will be sheets, pillows, blanket, chair, 2-drink miniature fridge, hot water maker (for tea), and towels all include included and provided.
(If needed or wanted, I can leave hangers, laundry basket, hair dryer, and some other things. We can discuss!)

This room is only available for long-term, summer term 2026. The dates available is from May 1-July 16.

There is 24 seven CCTV and on-site security along with weekday reception. Your safety is our priority.

This is a modern student residence, everything is very new and clean.
The hallways are cleaned daily, and the shared gym is cleaned daily as well as being recently renovated!

-This is only for a summer term student. Must stay from May 1st until check out on July 16th.
-Student ID + any proof of being an active student will be required.
-18 years or older!
-Will have to be approved by the company who owns the whole student accommodation.
-Have to pay in full for the 76 nights.
-WiFi password will be provided.
