Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Guests Under 22
Guests under the age of 22 must be approved by the host in advance.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Loud music, parties and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

TIDINESS & CHECK-OUT

Please leave the bedrooms and living areas reasonably tidy to avoid additional cleaning charges.

Towels
Please leave used towels in the bathrooms. Clean towels should be left in the bedrooms on the chairs provided.

Rubbish
Please use the designated bins for all rubbish.

Keys
All keys must be returned to the lockbox when checking out.

Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the agreed check-in and check-out times and all instructions provided.

Respecting the Rules
All house rules must be followed throughout your stay. Failure to comply may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
