The Space:
The stunning interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to live in comfort. There are 2 comfortable double bedrooms, both with plush beds made up with crisp hotel linen as well as storage space for clothes. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 modern bathrooms, the largest with a shower over bath and the other with a shower. Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided at the start of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Stockfield area of Birmingham, it is a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still within easy reach of the city - the best of both worlds! Birmingham centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or bus. There's an array of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, with the Swan Shopping Centre less than 2 minutes from the property. There is also a choice of 2 parks within 5 minutes of the property. Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus

Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just 2 minutes away. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in less than 30 minutes, or a 20 minute drive.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
