A refundable £200 security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is only charged if house rules are broken, unauthorized guests stay, late checkout occurs, or if damage or extra cleaning is required.

Because the apartment is in a central area, some road noise can be heard at times. We’ve taken steps to minimise this and most guests find the space comfortable.
