This two-bedroom, two-bath residence is designed around comfortable group living, with an open layout that still gives everyone space of their own. Contemporary furnishings, warm wood finishes, and large windows create a polished city atmosphere that feels equally suited for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
A 110-inch U-shaped sectional creates a generous place for everyone to unwind together. The separate dining area provides additional seating for shared meals, while the open arrangement between the living room, dining space, and kitchen makes the apartment feel connected and welcoming.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a spacious island with seating. With both island seating and a dining table, there is plenty of flexibility for meals, morning coffee, or simply gathering throughout the day.

At night, retreat to a king bed in the primary bedroom or a queen bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms include their own walk-in closets, giving each sleeping space plenty of storage and making longer stays especially convenient.

📝 Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, guests must complete the required Enso Connect verification and rental agreement prior to check-in.
🪪 Photo ID Required: A valid photo ID must be presented and guests must sign in with the concierge at check-in. Entry cannot be granted without valid ID.
📸 Facial-Recognition Access: A selfie is required to register for the building`s secure facial-recognition entry system.
👔 Building Dress Code: Proper attire is required in common areas. Attire such as excessive body exposure, durags, bonnets, undershirts worn as outerwear, ski masks, or other attire that does not meet building standards may result in denied entry.
🚫 No Firearms: Firearms are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, even with a valid permit or license to carry.
💳 $350 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages and incidentals. The deposit is returned after checkout if no applicable charges occur, less a $15 processing fee.
