🏡 Welcome to your townhouse in Birkirkara! An arched timber door on the square opens into a double-height stone hall with a chandelier, an antique carved hall stand and original Maltese cement tiles underfoot. From the first step, this is a house with a history — restored, not replaced.

A long, high-ceilinged room where a bare limestone arch meets white walls and patterned floor tiles. A Smart TV, comfortable seating and glazed double doors that open straight through to the courtyard.

Warm cream cabinetry set against an exposed limestone wall and a timber beam, with a patchwork tile splashback. Gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full-height fridge-freezer — a proper kitchen for cooking a real meal.
