Location, location, location is all I can say. Carol answers as soon as you ask her a question. The place is very clean. Everything you need is provided. We will definitely stay again the next time.

Perfect Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful unique property. We enjoyed the record player with old records. It was a nice touch after a busy days exploring. We had a great day on ship island. And did some day trips to New Orleans and Gulf Shore Alabams. Centrally located to explore. We wallked across the street to the beach for 4th of July fireworks. Carol was a fabulous host. Will definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Great place to stay!

It was very nice and clean, and in a great location. Very accurately represented, and just right for 2 people. A great place for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for our anniversary trip.

We had such a great stay here. The location was perfect for us to walk to all the spots we planned on. Carol was a phenomenal host. So responsive and kind. She helped us through everything! This place was so cute and intentional, we loved listening to the records. We will be back!

Our Anniversary celebration

We totally love how the place is well appointed in amenities, convenience and ease to the beach, close access to any eating location. It's decorated very nicely and cozy!But to us the floor rugs are in need of a shampoo & cleaning in the bedroom and front room and the sofa. We also would have liked for the outdoor patio area to be a little better cleaned up (as it was very dusty upon arrival) to our liking as well as the bbq grill. We are outdoor people and we spend a lot of time together with family at our home, so this was a little bit of a turn-off for us. Nothing serious about it but just would have liked to had it ready to go.We also would have loved to have a better view from the outside patio toward the beach area, there's a oak tree growing up near the patio and its limbs and branches are blocking much of this nice view...The bed was very comfortable and pillows too. The shower had plenty of hot water, no problems at all. But the toilet flush lever hits the top of the lid when trying to flush the toilet...so this needs to be addressed...But hey, you know what....other than a few before mentioned things.. i recommend this place to anybody else who want a quite location with a very thoughtful and friendly host.We had a minor situation with the wifi when we 1st arrived but that was taken care of and we never had a problem with it!I want to thank the host of the property for making our anniversary stay a very good one!

Magical getaway

My husband and I got married in New Orleans and stayed at Carol's property for a short honeymoon getaway by the beach. Carol was so welcoming and friendly! The apartment was perfect! It had everything you could think of to make any stay enjoyable. My husband and I both loved the vintage feel and the the bed was so comfortable! Wish we could have stayed much longer! Thank you Carol! We would love to come back some time!

Awesome Getaway place

This place was perfect for me and my wife on her Birthday outing and our first trip to Biloxi. We walked to the beach that was about a block away (Perfect) and then got breakfast at Waffle house (next street over, Perfect) plus the scenery was amazing. Our host Mrs. Carol made sure everything was good for us and was very helpful. We will definitely come back to this place when we venture back to Biloxi. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you¡!!

Relaxing/cozy stay in Biloxi

My husband and I loved our stay here. Not only is it in a great, convenient location in town, it was very very comfortable for us. We also felt very safe at this location. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Biloxi!

Cheer Competition Stay

Great getaway

Loved loved loved our two weeks stay here. Our home away from home, so close to the beach and downtown Biloxi. Our hostess Carol was a gem, kind and attentive to any needs. Hope to come back again someday.

Wonderful Gulf View!!!

I cannot say enough about this adorable spot!!! Warm & inviting, every kitchen gadget you could need, open space, comfy bed/linens, and a patio space that lets you look at the Gulf while enjoying your morning coffee :) The location is SPOT ON! Walking distance to great restaurants/shops, the casinos, and (of course) the beach!!! We were just looking for a spot to escape the IL cold and relax for a few days and Deja View was *perfect*! On top of just being a great place, Carol (host) was friendly, communicative, and accomodating! If you stay here and she suggests any place to go/see/eat, do it! You will not be disappointed! A bonus...this VRBO had the easiest check-out of any we have stayed in! It really helped what is already a bit of a "hectic" time. Stay here! You will LOVE it :)

Cruising the Coast 2023

The Pros: Very Clean. Comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to get to from the main strip. Good location for Biloxi and Ocean Springs. 10 minute drive to casino’s. Met one of the owners on our first day. He was very friendly. They were very respectful of our privacy. The beach is 100 yards away. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Cons: The structure is worn. The locks on the doors are inadequate. Narrow pathway leading to narrow steps. “Gated Compound” is an exaggeration. You park your car outside of the “Compound”. The owners park within. The neighborhood one block inland is questionable. Not really within walking distance of much of anything except the beach. Beach views are non existent due to new construction in progress next door approximately 10 feet from your balcony. Naps are non existent due to sawing and hammering. My guess is the construction won’t be complete until Spring 2024. The shower is very very small.

Not as advertised

We traveled a long way from Kentucky to have our holiday mostly ruined. The biggest issue was that the listing said nothing about the ongoing construction of six new apartments just a few feet from the property. From 7:00 AM every morning until the evening, we were subjected to all the loud noises construction brings: hammering, electric saws, heavy machinery, reversing alarms, etc., and this occurred every single day of our stay, including all weekend. While this will eventually resolve, it should have been noted prominently in the listing. People have varying sound sensitivities, and construction is a 100% no-go for us. We felt deceived from the moment we pulled into the property. The cooling system is woefully inadequate. The temps outside were upper 90s/heat index 100-115F. From late morning till late evening, the system was unable to keep the apartment below 80 degrees, which is unacceptable. One of the external locks didn’t work, and we had to block one of the doors with a piece of wood for even minimal security. Despite leaving a binder of instructions, the owners only revealed this when we complained about it, seemingly happy to allow guests to leave all their belongings and themselves completely vulnerable unless that was discovered. There is an ant problem on the porch, so when we sat outdoors in the evenings, we were swatting large ants off of us quite a bit. There are cockroaches in the kitchen.
