Host was attentive and this house is massive—there was plenty of adequate space inside and out for our group. However, this was the dirtiest rental we have ever stayed in. There was trash, old hotel room keys, baby toys, etc under almost every bed (which would have been easily seen if the rooms had been actually vacuumed). The carpets all desperately need replaced, they are VERY stained, tattered, and worn. There was a funky smell (with a large matching stain) like sour milk in one of the bedrooms. Mold in the bathroom shower tile. Hair in the basement bathroom tub. Dishes were dirty. Cutting boards, etc were very worn. The kids were excited for the theatre room but the projector would immediately overheat. The pictures on the website were very deceiving, as it made the house look bright and clean. This house has awesome potential after a decent amount of maintenance; unfortunately, as is, it is not worth the price and we will not be booking again.
