« we had an amazing stay at Jackie's chalet! great beds, wonderful cosy living, great kitchen and bathrooms, and the location is unbeatable. We had coffee with the view on Mount Rundle, walked 2 minutes to all the pretty streets in Banff or to the Bow River. Jackie was a wonderful host and we liked very much to have her around! Highly recommended! »

« We really enjoyed how every room had it's own bathroom. It allowed us to get ready in a timely fashion and gave everyone their own privacy. A tv in every room helped with that as well. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed and a nice big living room if we all wanted to gather. The private hot tub a definite plus, while it didn't see much use, a couple people in the group did get to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We really enjoyed this property. Great location as it’s super close to our favorite bakery and walking distance to so many food establishments and convenient stores. Parking was sometimes kind of iffy but we always got a spot. Had some outlet issues in a couple of the bedrooms as maybe too many things were plugged in so it kept tripping the breaker but the host was on top of it and we were able to rectify the issue promptly. Loved the huge couch and the mini ping pong table in the garage was...

« The unit was very clean & well equipped, particularly the kitchen. My son is a chef and he was very impressed with the stove. All guests were very happy with their sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The unit has a hot tub although the ad says it does not, all of the young adults enjoyed it. It was a great family reunion. We were 12 people in total and it was not crowded. We will be back! »

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour!Le sous-sol est difficile à chauffer et le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien ( la petite-porte du savon reste coincé) et il n’y avait pas d’essuie-vaiselle.Sinon, tout était parfait et bien équipé »
