« This was our second time staying at the Red Pine Refuge and it was just superb. The location and lake are just perfect, the cabin is cozy and well kept. Our group really enjoyed the peace and quiet the area has to offer and we are pretty much set on making this spot an annual trip! Great communication with the property manager, fast response time, easy check in process, all in all a fantastic experience, can't wait to return. »

« The area around this house is part old commercial and part empty and dilapidated. I was traveling alone and felt I was in an unsafe area. The house was secure with good locks though. The first night the occupied house next door had a consistent banging on the door at 3 am and woke me up. The next 2 nights were without incident. Overall I liked the place for its cleanliness and updated bath and kitchen. Having streaming TV’s was very nice. I would stay here again if back in town. »

« I came to town for the HCYHA Bantam hockey tournament in late January and stayed at this two-bedroom apartment. It is both clean and well cared for. It is also nicely located on E. Howard street just off of 169 with easy access to downtown Hibbing. A super nice alternative to a hotel room. »

« Fishing and hiking was goal. First day beautiful early fall day about 73 and partly sunny. Caught a few bass and enjoyed the beautify lake that had little development and hope it stays that way! Cabin was perfect for location with so many other lakes to explore if bringing own boat, kayak or canoe. Hiking trails and Chippewa National Forest is awesome! »

« Snuggled amongst gorgeous trees with stunning views of the lake is the perfect place to stay with not only with your family but your friends entire family as well. Comfy beds, great gathering and eating spaces - we never felt crowded. Our dog loved every moment. Anything needed was already there. Great time was had by all enjoying the outdoor spaces along with the pool table, darts and shuffle board. Can't wait to stay again! »
