« The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared.. »

« The first room assigned was not serviced so we requested another. The second room assigned couldn't be opened with the key card. Third room assigned was ok, except for a very noisy a/c. It always amazes us that s hotel with over 90 rooms and a nearly empty parking lot will assign you a room on the top floor and at the end of the hall. We had a cart full of luggage and had to back make repeated trips to front desk to get properly registered. »

« Outstanding! Our first time here will not be our last! New, spotless, well decorated, and well designed. Great staff. Delicious hot and cold breakfast with something for everyone. A delightful room with amazing lighting, comfy lounge chair with side table and reading lamp and a work table with office chair. The TV actually had an easy to use remote and Netflix and Prime that easily meshed with our accounts. Cable channels too. This property was designed for and cares about its visitors!! »
