The home was very clean, but the garage floor wasCOVERED with debris (dirt, dried/caked mud, grit) and was cluttered making parking difficult. We had concerns with tracking debris into home. When originally booked on VRBO, it showed pictures of hot tub, leading one to believe there was a hot tub on the property, but it’s actually in a shared location and no info regarding this is in materials at the home. On arrival, the VACASA app said it was closed due to COVID. Hmmm….better not to advertise there’s a hot tub since there really isn’t one. Also, we booked via VRBO (which clearly says to communicate via them) but all info re home actually came from VACASA which requires second app download. Also VACASA staff nice, but clueless regarding home.The home is quite spacious & comfortable, but very dated with LOTS of deferred maintenance. We did a temporary fix of the second toilet to keep it from emitting continuous high pitched whine Good news(?) is they called us at 8am to tell us the plumber would be there in an hour to replace both toilets . Didn’t answer this call as unknown number. When I tried to call right back, w person from VACASA as not local & had no idea what I was talking about. Plumber was very professional and nice. Offered to come back another time.we were up by then. The property itself has issues but real complaint is dealing w company unfamiliar with home. SUPER FRUSTRATING.
