« Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues. »

« Very nice place to call home for a week and a half. We had to to extend our stay and the host was more than accommodating. The whole place was spacious. The animals didn’t want to leave and neither did we. Thank you! »

« We stayed here over Thanksgiving so that we could close to my brother & sister. The home was big enough for the 5 adults. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of essentials; plenty of forks/spoons/knives; various cooking utensils. There’s a big pantry with plenty of space for your stuff. Water pressure is good in the two bathrooms but if showing at the same time you’ll run out of hot water quickly. We did not utilize the backyard but it’s big. There is plenty of parking space. « Great location and great owner response. Walk to the cutest coffee shop every morning. Good restaurants a few blocks away too. Have stayed here multiple times. »

« The property was easy to find and convenient to get around Mineola. Accommodations were great. Nice layout: kitchen perfect with refrigerator/ microwave/ oven / coffee maker. Cups/ bowls / plates and silverware all good. Actually most comfortable bed while on vacation. Only issue we had was the smell of cat pee which (after lighting a candle) was fine. Overall comfortable stay. »
